With over 10 years of experience in the Australian education sector, I’m passionate about empowering childcare providers to deliver high-quality, meaningful care and education. As the founder of First Point Consultancy, I work alongside early learning services across Australia to strengthen compliance, build confident teams, and foster environments where children thrive.
I hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and a Graduate Certificate in Education (GradCertEd); I’m a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) with classroom teaching experience across both early years and primary school settings.
My approach is grounded in real-world experience — from leading early learning centres to mentoring educators and navigating the National Quality Framework. I understand the challenges providers face because I’ve been there, and I’m here to help you meet them with clarity and confidence.
My consultancy approach is practical, relationship-focused, and aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Support
First Point Consultancy provides flexible, professional Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) support for early learning services that need it most. We work with services with fewer than 25 children attending, as well as those in remote and very remote locations, regardless of size.
